Stage in French oak barrels where it remains for 14 months.
Transport in boxes of 20 kg, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks below 24ºC.
The nose reveals aromas of wild and black fruits, mixed with evident floral and spice notes, on a subtly marked background with some vegetable and a very toasty toasty touch.
In the mouth it is a balanced wine, with round tannins and a medium body and volume, the palate is very fruity, subtly marked by the barrel and several spicy notes, the finish ends with a length and a persistence. slightly above average.
