Vine 24km from the Atlantic coast at 125m altitude with 30 years / 5.5 ton. 3,800 plants per hectare. Vale do Rio Trancão with slope oriented to N-S.
Driving system - Royat cord.
Harvest in the 3rd week of September, 100% manual harvest.
Ageing:
Aging for 6 months in used French oak barrels.
Vinification:
The grapes go directly to the press with destemming without crushing, 48 hours of cold decanting; 100% fermentation in vat.
Aroma:
Expressive, mineral, white and stone fruit with hints of spice and nuts. Fresh, citrus and flavorful flavor with stone fruit.
Taste:
Citrus and tasty with stone fruit in a persistent and elegant finish.
Gastronomy:
Fresh goat cheese, oysters, grilled fish, seafood risotto with grouper.
