The grapes go directly to the manual press; 2h of soft pressing; controlled hyper-oxygenation; 24h cold decantation; 100% fermentation in barrels; 100% in used French oak barrels.
Grapefruit, quince jam and honey.
Full-bodied, balanced texture with grapefruit, honey and cornbread flavor. Far and creamy end.
As an aperitif, foie-gras and desserts.
