Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Grapes of the Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro Preto varieties, destemmed and subjected to gentle direct pressing in a pneumatic press, in order to extract little color, followed by cold decanting of the must obtained. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 16o C in stainless steel vats.
Aroma of red fruits, light tropical and a touch of minerality.
The mouth is lively and fresh, with excellent volume balanced by acidity, and a fine and persistent finish with enormous gastronomic potential.
Sushi, Italian and Asian food.
