 Vineyard A. 120km from the Atlantic coast at 150m altitude. Vineyard aged 9 years/7 ton, 3,800 plants per hectare, N-S oriented undulating plain. Vine B. 175km from the Atlantic coast at 700m altitude. Vine with 28 years/5 ton, 3,800 plants per hectare, NE-SW oriented with 5% inclination to N-S oriented.

12 months in French oak barrels of 1, 2 and 3 years.
The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed directly into the vat, 3 days of cold maceration; alcoholic fermentation at 24ºC to preserve the fruit; Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels ( 40 % )
Complex, with notes of red fruits, coffee, chocolate and wet earth notes.
Fresh and tasty with red fruit standing out. Firm, persistent and with an earthy character, typical of the cool areas of Alentejo.
Strong cheeses, game, sausages and ham.
