The grapes for this wine come from a vineyard planted at an altitude of 571 meters. This location allows the grapes to have a natural acidity that will be decisive for us to produce a vibrant and fresh wine. For this wine, we harvest the grapes a week before the rest to avoid over-ripening and ensure that they are in perfect condition to result in this profile that we are now presenting to the market and from which they were only 6344 bottles were produced.

It is a very balanced and elegant wine. It has, as is typical of the variety, an exuberant aroma with notes of citrus and linden flowers and honey.
The mouth is “spiced” by acidity and minerality, ensuring a delicious freshness.
It conquers us at the first glass and is the perfect companion for drinking alone or for snacking.
