Part of the batch aged for about 6 months in used French oak barrels, and another part aged in stainless steel vats.
Manual selection on a selection mat of the grapes received in 15 kg boxes. After destemming and crushing, the masses were sent to a pneumatic press where the must from the films was separated, after which it was subjected to static decantation at low temperature for 48 hours for clarification. It fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels, this wine reflects the excellent characteristics of freshness and minerality that are the hallmark of the Encruzado variety.
Very tasty in the mouth, it reflects the aromas felt in the nose, to which are added the characteristic volume and acidity of this variety, destined to evolve in the bottle in a very positive way.
Oven-roasted fish, codfish tiborna, black pasta with prawns and clams, soft cheeses.
