Venda wine is the result of a family project led by Camilo Leite. Quinta da Venda do Foral, located in Cavez, is the cradle of this project, which features a green wine full of freshness and minerality.

Prefermentative cold skin contact for 4 hours, followed by fermentation at 14ºC for 25 days. After fermentation, the wine was kept in a tank for 3 months with batonage.

Aroma:

Peach and citrus aromas.

Taste:

Highlights the freshness and minerality in the attack along with the surrounding volume. In mouth is fresh and persistent.

Gastronomy:

Goes well as a starter, seafood, grilled fish and cold dishes (salads).
