Mineral, fresh and with some tropicality
In the mouth does not disappoint expectations; the fresh acidity balances this wine, which is not completely dry, has good volume of mouth and a nice, long and fresh finish.
Recommended for fish dishes (since it has practically no tannins), salads (because it is a light wine), spicy dishes (for being fresh), soft and creamy cheeses (because their acidity helps to clean the palate).
