The objective of this project is to create wines of excellence without being exclusively linked to the grapes of a single farm or vineyard plot and the vast knowledge of the region that saw it born allows to make a selection and monitoring of the grapes to produce the profile of the desired wine .
After a careful collection of the grapes in boxes of small capacity, the grapes are pressed without destemming; a settling is continued for 24 hours; fermentation with batonnage in stainless steel with temperature control.
Fresh and citric. Notes of tropical fruit (mango and passion fruit).
It has a natural acidity that gives it freshness and persistence.
