It is a wine rosé of the Douro, of contemporary profile, intense and elegant, that reflects the versatility and the impassioning actuality of the wines of this region. Pale pink, intense nose, with notes of red fruits, blackberries and raspberries. Coming from a vineyard located in the heart of the top-corgo, in the parish of Alijó, of different solar expositions and altitudes, to better expose the potential and versatility of our terroir.
After the alcoholic fermentation, the batches are stacked in stainless steel vats to better preserve its freshness and fruit. Subsequently the wine is stabilized and filtered following a 3-month bottle stage.
It occurred between the 1st and 2nd weeks of September, at the reception, the grapes are protected against oxidation, after de-stemming they go to the pneumatic press. The must is left 24 hours in decanting, when it reaches the appropriate turbidity the wine is separated from the lees. The cleaned must is fermented with inoculation of selected yeasts. The fermentation takes place during 15 days with controlled temperature to not exceed 14 degrees Celsius.

The mouth is fresh and intense with a long and elegant finish.
It is a wine of the sun, which drinks fresh and is intensely appreciated. Accompany well with sushi, Asian food, seafood salad and Italian food.
The Rosé Piano was thought to consume right away, although it has the potential to evolve into a bottle for another one or two years. Keep in the basement, with the bottle lying down.
