The harmony of a great love. It is a versatile, current and passionate wine created in order to define and demonstrate all our commitment and respect for this land that runs in our veins and generation after generation we continue to love, the Douro. A complex aroma wine where notes of white fruit combine with the tropical fruit very ripe. All well married with notes of the barrel. In the mouth it is intense with lots of fruit and the wooden toast giving it the complexity that turns it into a very interesting set. Ends long and elegant. Coming from a vineyard located in the heart of the top-corgo, in the parish of Alijó, with sun exposure facing West. Vineyards with altitude of 600m and shale transition granite soils.

After finishing the alcoholic fermentation, a stage in the barrels in battonâge followed during 9 months. After this period, the wine was stabilized and filtered, followed by a 6-month bottling stage.
It occurred between the 1st and the 2nd of September. The grapes were stalked and immediately pressed. The wort was stained cold. The alcoholic fermentation was initiated in stainless steel vats and finished in new barrels of 500 liters.

Piano white reserve is an intense wine. We recommend accompanying with seafood rice, grilled fish or soft cheese.
